eligible and intending candidates to recruit 20 Professor and Reader Post on a contractual basis for 1 year or till the
posts are filled up by regular incumbents in Govt. Dental Colleges, Assam under
the Medical Education & Research Department, Government of Assam.

Discipline wise vacancies:
- Conservative Dentistry and Endodontic: 1
- Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery: 2
- Prosthodontics and crown and bridge: 1
- Orthodontics: 1
- Pediatrics and Preventive Dentistry: 1
- Oral Pathology and Microbiology: 2
- Public health Dentistry: 1
- Periodontics: 1
Remuneration: Rs. 1,40,000/-per
month.
Educational
Qualification: A recognized BDS Degree
from an Indian University/ or an equivalent qualification with a graduate
Degree / Diplomat of the National Board in the relevant subject with a minimum
of 05 years experience as a reader in the concerned department.
