Application Fees for Sports & Youth Welfare, BTC Recruitment
All candidates applying for the above mentioned posts to be
deposited a Treasury Challan (Payable Through Kokrajhar Treasury Office only)
for an amount of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only for General &
Category of ST/SC/OBC/MOBC Candidates of Rs. 150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty)
only in favour of the Principal Secretary of BTC under the Head
of Account 8443 Civil-Deposit, Personal-Deposit BTC, Payable at Kokrajhar.
The Treasury Challan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury Office only shall be accepted
and all the candidates other than Kokrajhar may submit IPO (Indian Postal
Order) of the same amount instead of Treasury Challan along with their
application.

How to Apply for BTC Recruitment 2023
Candidates who want to apply for this BTC Recruitment have to
download Standard Form released under Assam State Gazeted Part
IX.
The application form duly filled up by the candidate himself/herself along with completed testimonials should be submitted to “The CHD, Sports & Youth Welfare, BTC. Kokrajhar, Titaguri, BTR, Assam Pin-783370” by hand or by post on or before 31″ May 2023.
The applicants must furnish 6 (six) coples of recent identical photographs signed across and one copy must be pasted on the top right hand corner of the application.
Educational qualification certificates from HSLC onwards.
Caste Certificate by Competent Authority.
Valid Registration Certificate of Employment Exchange.
ID Proof like Pan Card/Adhar Card/Driving License/Passport current ID card issued by the Educational Institutions.
The Candidates must furnish Permanent Resident Certificate of BTC/Domicile Certificate/Certificate from Municipality for candidates from urban area/Village Council Development Committee (VCDC) certificates for the candidates from rural areas/certified copy of Electoral Roll to prove as residential status.
Declaration in Form-A related to the Assam Public Service (Application of Small Family norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019, published vide Notification No. ABP. 69/2019/17 dated Dispur, the 6 November, 2019. Candidates may download the specimen copy of the Certificate from personnelassam.gov.in
Professional & experience certificates if any need to be furnished. However, attestation of the certificates is not compulsory and the candidate may sign himself/herself as certified to be true copy
