DHSFW ANM Result 2023
This is for information of all concerned candidates who applied for the
post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANM) under the establishment of Directorate
of Health Services (FW), Assam, advertised vide Janasanyog/D/5171/20 dated
01.10.2020, that the roll numbers of candidates who are declared to have
qualified in the written examination held on
10.01.2021 will be available in the official website of the Directorate of
Health Services (FW), Assam (www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in) on 09.04.2023 from 11 am
onwards. The qualified candidates will have to appear for skill test and
document verification.
The time and venue for appearing in the Skill Test and Document
Verification along with other instructions, including list of documents to be
submitted is also notified in the official website (www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in)
Candidates are directed to bring all documents as mentioned and a set of
photocopies at the time of appearing at the Skill Test and Document
Verification.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: ANM Training passed from
a recognized Govt. of Assam Institution or an Institution recognized by Indian
Nursing Council and Registered Under Assam Nursing Council.
Pay Scale: ₹14,000-₹60,500 + Grade
Pay ₹6,200.
Dates of Skill Test & Documents Verification: 17,18,19 & 23rd April 2023
Reporting Time: 9 AM
Venue: State Institute of Health &
Family Welfare Training Centre, Directorate of Medical Education Campus,
Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-78102.
How to Check DHSFW Result?
Candidate who applied for ANM post and appeared in written test
may able to check there roll number shortlisted or not for skill Test in
important web-links section. The roll numbers of candidates
who are declared to have qualified in the written examination
held on 10.01.2021 will be available in the official website
of the Directorate of Health Services (FW), Assam (www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in)
on 09.04.2023 from 11 am onwards. The qualified candidates will
have to appear for skill test and document verification.

Candidates are also directed to bring copy of the Admit Card and
all relevant documents in original as listed below for
verification and one set of photocopies of the same to be deposited to the
office.
1. Admit Card of Written Examination.
2. Photo ldentity Proof (Pan Card Passport/ Voter ID
Card/ Driving License/ AADHAAR Card.)
3. 2 Copies of recent passport size colour photograph duly self attested.
4. Birth Certificate/ HSLC Admit Card/ HSLC Board pass Certificate for age
proof.
5. All pass Certificates Boards /Universities from HSLC onwards.
6. Caste Certificate (wherever applicable).
7. Permanent Residentship Certificate/Domicile Certificate.
8. Person With Disability Certificate/ Differently abled Certificate (if
Applicable)
9. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
10. Nursing Registration Certificate (ANM) duly authenticated by the
Registar, Assam Nursing Council.
11. Economically Weaker Section (EWC) Certificate (wherever applicable).
