all concerned candidates who applied for the Grade-III (Non-Technical) posts under the establishments of
Directorate of Health Services, Assam, Directorate of Health Services (FW),

Assam advertised vide Dated 26th February, 2022, that the Roll Numbers of
candidates who are shortlisted from the written examination held on 12th
February, 2023 will be available in the official websites of the Directorate of
health Services, Assam (www.dhs.assam.gov.in), Directorate of Health Services
(FW), Assam (www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in), Directorate of Medical Education, Assam
(www.dme.assam.gov.in) & Directorate of AYUSH, Assam
(www.ayush.assam.gov.in) on 10.05.2023.

DHS Grade 3 Non Technical Result Date
As
per the latest notification, the written test result of Grade-III
(Non-Technical) posts will be declared on 20th April 2023. Candidates who have
appeared in the written examination of DHS for 621 posts of Grade-III
(Non-Technical) can check their results on 10th May 2023.
The time and venue for appearing in the Skill Test and Document Verification along with other instructions, including list of documents to be submitted shall also be notified in the Notice. Candidates are directed to bring all relevant documents (in original) and a set of photocopies to be submitted at the time of appearing in the Skill Test and Document Verification process.

Skill Test and Documents Verification for
Grade-III (Technical)
The Directorate of Health Services, Assam will publish a merit list for 907 posts of Grade-III (Technical) on 18th April 2023. The merit list has been prepared for this post on the basis of the written examination held on 29th May 2022. The applicants whose roll number will be on that merit list will have to participate in the Skill Test and Documents Verification. The skill test and document verification will be done on 24, 25 and 26th April 2023 at Gauhati Medical College Auditorium Complex, Guwahati.
Documents Required for Skill Test (Technical)
Candidates
are also directed to bring all relevant documents in original including:

Admit Card of Written Examination, 2) Photo ID
3)
Birth Certificate/Class X Pass Certificate as Date of Birth Proof
4) All
Pass Certificates from HSLC onwards
5)
Caste Certificate (wherever applicable)
6) PwD
Certificate (if applicable)

Employment Exchange Registration Certificate

Assam Pharmacy Council/Assam Nursing Council Registration Certificate (if
applicable)
9) EWS
Certificate (if applicable)
10)
Two copies of Passport size photographs and any other relevant
documents/certificates for verification and one set of Photocopies of the same
which is to be deposited to the office.
