Now a day’s digital payment system has become an integral part of our lives, making it easier and reliable to conduct financial transactions. The Assam Government has also taken a step forward in this direction by introducing the Assam Online Khazana payment system. The Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Assam has launched the E-Khazana service for paying Assam Online Khazana Payment or Land Revenue Tax Payment online through the SewaSetu portal @sewasetu.assam.gov.in

About E-Khazana service Portal
Chief
Minister of Assam Dr. Himanta BIswa Sarma has launched this SewaSetu
portal (E-Khazana service) on 1st April 2023. E-Khazana service will help land owners to pay
their land revenue or Khazana from home through the SewaSetu online portal of the Government of
Assam.
The
e-Khazana service will help land owners to pay their land revenue or Khazana
through an online portal of the Government of Assam. The Assam government led
by Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma is taking very helpful steps to improve government
services by digitizing them. Earlier, Mission
Basundhara, Online Employment Exchange
Registration Card, Online Driving Services and Mission
Bhumiputra are some of the successful services
launched by the Govt. of Assam.

To
pay e-Khazana or online land tax all the pattadars/ land
owners will have to register in the SewaSetu portal. The
payment of land revenue through the online portal will start from the next
agricultural year i.e. July 1 2023. All the revenue pending before
the said agricultural year will have to be paid through traditional
methods.
Payment Modes of e-Khazana @ Assam SewaSetu Portal
Now
the payment of land Khazana become easy. Pattadars (landowners) have to
visit SewaSetu e-Khazana Payment Portal. In the portal e-Khazana
payment can be done by using various payment options like UPI,
Debit/Credit cards and NetBanking.
How to Pay Online Khazana of Assam?
To
pay online Khazana or land revenue, as a first step pattadars will
have to registered themselves in the Assam SewaSetu portal (www.sewasetu.assam.gov.in). You can
follow the below mentioned steps to register themselves under the e-Khazana
service of the Government of Assam.

down, go to the Important Link section below.
>Click
on the Online Khazana Payment link.
>You’ll
be redirected to the official SewaSetu portal
>Now, Register yourself
by creating a new account using Mobile Number
> After
registration, you have to provide all your asked land
details.
>After
that, you have to upload your Last land revenue receipt (For
First time Khazana application)
>After
the successful completion of all steps, click on Payment Khazana
button.
>Dont't
forget to keep the acknowledgement copy of your submission.
