Qualification
& Experience:
i.
A Chartered Accountant (CA)/with at least 5 (Five) years of post-qualification
experience in the field of finance and accounts.
OR
ii.
M.Com/MBA (Finance) from regular course from a reputed institution with at
least 10 (Ten) years of post-qualification experience in the field of finance
and accounts.
2. State
Social Development Specialist
No
of Posts: 1
Age
Limit: Upto 50 years as on date of

Consolidated
Pay: Rs. 90,000/-
Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Work or Social Sciences from
any Government recognized university/ institution with training in Social
development and social safeguards. Should have excellent understanding of the
World Bank Social safeguards systems and procedure
Experience:
• Must
have at least 10 years’ experience in Social development or safeguards role.
• 3
years of experience in EAP projects will be preferred.
• Experience
of working in the North East and in the Health Sector will be preferred.
3. State
Human Resource for Health Specialist

Qualification: Applicants must possess a Post-Graduation in Human Resource
Management, Public Health, Business management with specialization in HR/Public
Health/ Social Work with specialization in public health, from any Govt.
recognized university/ institution.
Experience:
•
At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources of which at least 3 years in
Human Resources for Health (HRH).
• 3
years’ experience in developing and implementing monitoring systems for
improvement in health workforce planning would be an advantage (desirable)
•
Experience of working at the state level public health systems and policy
development process will preferred
4. Project
Engineer

Pay: Rs. 90,000/-
Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved
recognized institute or university.
Experience:
•
Minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in
Project management of building construction, and urban infrastructure development
projects.
•
Experience of working in health infrastructure projects will be an additional
qualification
•
Experience of working with infrastructure project of externally aided funded
project is desirable.
5. Junior
Project Engineer

Pay: Rs. 50,000/-
Qualification: Graduate in Civil engineering from any AICTE approved
recognized institute or university.
Experience:
•
Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in design,
supervision, project management in building construction, urban infrastructure
development projects in Government/reputed corporate entity.
•
Experience of working with infrastructure project of externally aided funded
project is desirable.
6. State
Internal Performance Agreement & Quality Improvement Specialist

Qualification: Applicants must possess at least a Graduate degree in MBBS
or Dental/ Masters in Hospital Administration or Public Health from any Govt.
recognized university/ institution.
Experience:
•
At least five years’ experience in Health Care Quality or Formal Quality of a
quality system like NQAS/NABH with valid certification as external assessor
•
Experience of undertaking quality assessment of minimum of 5 facilities
•
Experience of 3 years’ in developing and implementing monitoring systems for quality
improvement in hospitals or at State level public health program with key role
to improve quality of health services and policy development process.
7. State
Pre-service Education Specialist
No
of Posts: 1
Age
Limit: Upto 65 years as on date of advertisement.
Remuneration shall be finalized by the Project Director.
Qualification: Applicants must possess at least a Graduate degree in MBBS
or Dental from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Experience:
•
At least 20 years’ experience as a practicing doctor either in Public or
Private health systems and policy development process.
•
Knowledge and experience of policies and programs pertaining to strengthening
education in the health sector will be preferred.
8. Accounts
Assistant
No
of Posts: 1
Age
Limit: Upto 35 years
Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- - Rs 35,000/-
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute or
University
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in
budgeting, financial management, accounts and audit in Government/PSU entity
• Candidates working in similar capacity in Government
projects/PSU/Externally aided projects will be given preference
• Experience of working with Tally software
• Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST
and other Taxation matters.
• Exceptional degree of integrity, judgement and tact in
handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material.
• Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in
MS-Office, Internet, e-mail etc.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local
Language.
9. Biomedical
Engineer
No
of Posts: 1
Age
Limit: Upto 50 years
Remuneration: Rs 90000/- to Rs 1.5L
Qualification: B.Tech/M.tech in Bio Medical / Electrical/ Electronics/
Instrumentation engineering from any of the recognized board or University.
Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience in medical
equipment planning and design.
• Should have experience of working as medical equipment
expert for atleast 3 multi-specialty hospital projects.
• Should be well-versed with medical equipment specifications
• Experience of working in the North East will be preferred.
• Experience of working in the externally aided project will
be preferred.
10. Health
Management Specialist
No
of Posts: 1
Age
Limit: Upto 50 years
Remuneration: Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-
Qualification: MD/MBBS from recognized institute or university.
Experience:
•
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience at the national/state levels
in planning, programming, implementation monitoring and evaluation of technical
cooperation programs related to Health. Professional work experience in a
managerial position, or a technical expert position in managing/ assessing
health infrastructure at state/ national level will be an asset.
•
Should have experience in functionality assessment of hospital/ diagnostic
equipment.
•
Should have extensive experience in emerging technology in health care
management.
•
Experience of working in Government programmes/ projects or externally aided
projects preferred.
•
Familiar with MS office and Internet.
