Eligibility
Criteria of PMAY Urban Assam Recruitment:
Age Limit: 27 to 45 years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Post Graduate/Graduate or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP mode.
- Experience in formulation of PPP projects (including relevant concession agreement, due diligence processes, value for money audits, public sector comparator etc.)
- Experience in preparing project agreement tender process, detailed legal and contractual agreement, risk management and contingent liability issues and financial analysis of complex project proposals with respect to PPP projects.
