for the recruitment of 6 Stenographer,
UDA, Bench Assistant and Copyist in the office of the Foreigner’s Tribunal 2nd,
3rd & 4th Nalbari.

1. Name of post: Stenographer
No. of posts: 2
Salary: Rs. 14000/- -60500/-, GP Rs. 7400/-
Educational Qualification:
A) A candidate having
minimum qualification of Higher Secondary passed along with Certificate of
Stenography passed from ITI / Polytechnic or any other institution
B) Must possess a
minimum 6 months Diploma / Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized
institute. They must have a good working knowledge of office productivity
software tools like MS Window, Excel, Power Point, DTP ( English / Assamese)
and Internet Processing etc.
2. Name of post: UDA
No. of posts: 2
Salary: Rs. 14000/- -60500/-, GP Rs. 8000/-
Educational Qualification: By promotion amongst the members of LDAs
/ Bench Assistants who have served for a minimum of 7 years or from amongst the
members of Typist who have served for minimum of 12 years and have satisfactory
Service Record in Govt. Department
3. Name of post: Bench Assistant
No. of posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 14000/- -60500/-, GP Rs. 6200/-
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of Higher
Secondary passed. They must possess a minimum 6 months Diploma / Certificate in
Computer Application from a recognized institute
4. Name of post: Copyist
No. of posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 9000/- (fixed)
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of Higher
Secondary passed. They must possess a minimum 6 months Diploma / Certificate in
Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must have a good
working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel,
Power Point, DTP ( English / Assamese).
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years of age as on
01-01-2021. The upper age limit for OBC /MOBC is 43 years, SC / ST is 45 years
and Ex-servicemen age is as per norms.
Selection Procedure: Written Test + Computer Proficiency Test
( Practical) [ Steno Skill Test for the post of Stenographer]
