Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the constitution on Indian ordinary resident of Assam and must submit Xerox copy of the proof of Permanent Resident of Assam (Voter I.D., Aadhaar Card/P.R.C.)
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The candidate must have registered their named in the Employment Exchanged and the registration numbers along with the dates must be mentioned in their application.
Age: A candidates must not be less than 18 years or not more than 40 years of Age. As on 01.01.2021. Upper age limit is relaxable for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/MOBC etc. as per standing Govt. norms.

Application should be submitted through Indian Postal service in ordinary post or in drop box to the office of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Belsor Division, Belsor, P.O.- Belsor, P.S- Belsor, Dist- Nalbari (Assam) PIN No. 781304 during office hours. No application on Register post or Speed Post or other Courier Service will be accepted.
The application must be accompanied by the following:
- a) Self attested copies of all Certificates/Mark Sheets of Educational and other Qualification, Age, Caste along with other Testimonials including valid Employment Registration Card,.
- b) Affixing one of recent Self-attested passport size photograph in the application form and two copies of recent passport size photograph duly self-attested along with application.
- c) The application will enclose a self Address envelop (22 cm x 10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 10/- along with clearly mentioning thier postal address of communication along with the application.
The last date of receipt of application is 11/02/2021 upto 3.00 PM.
