Instructions of DEE Assam LP UP Final Merit List & Distribution of Appointment Letter:
Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam will be published LP UP Final Merit List in the official website of DEE, Assam, i.e. dee.assam.gov.in from 12:00 Noon of 11/05/2022 onwards and the appointment letters will be ceremonially inaugurated and by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam on 14/05/2022, in the OneDay Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Field of College of Veterinary Science, Khanapara,
Guwahati - 22.
The candidates listed in the Final Merit Lists are hereby informed to make it convenient to be present in the One-Day Orientation cum Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters at the Field of College of Veterinary Science, Khanapara,
Guwahati - 22, Assam at 8:00 AM on 14/05/2022; but must confirm their names in the Final Select Lists being uploaded. They
are also requested to bring the respective page of the Final Select List, wherein
his/her name appears and a copy of the Online Application Form/ Aadhar/
PAN/ EPIC to be produced at the time of entry into the venue, which would
be verified by designated officers.
All the Provisional Merit Lists published earlier will automatically be cancelled after the publication of the Final Select Lists.
Any claim for appointment to the post of Regular Teacher on the basis of appearance of name in Provisional Merit Lists will NOT be entertained.
Appointment letters will be issued to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List.
