This is for information to the candidates who have applied for the 99 Grade-III Technical posts of Lakhimpur Medical College & Hospital are requested to upload the following documents on or before 22th September, 2020 midnight through the link available in the official website of the DME, Assam.
Scanned copies of the following documents are
to be uploaded:
- a) HSLC / Class X Admit Card/Pass Certificate*
- b) HSSLC/Class Pass Certificate*
- e) Caste certificate (where applicable)
- d) Person with Disability(Divyang) Certificate
- e) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Category Certificate in proper format.
