1. Name
of post: General
Manager of Manufacturing Unit
- Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical) OR Graduate in
Paint Technology
- Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing activities including 4-5
years at GM Position.
2. Name
of post: QA Manager
- Qualification: Degree in Paint Technology or Post Graduate in Science.
- Experience: 7+ years in QA Activities including 1-2 years in
Managerial Role.
3. Name
of post: Plant Maintenance & Safety Manager
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree / Post Graduate Degree in
Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience: 7+ years in Plant Maintenance Safety roles including
2-3 years in Managerial Position.
4. Name
of post: Plant Admin & HR Manager
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree / Post Graduate Degree in
Commerce / HR / Administration / Accounts.
- Experience: 7+ years in HR / Admin/Accounting roles including
2-3 years in Managerial Position.
5. Name
of post: Water Based Paints Manager-1 / Solvent Based Paints Manager-1 /
Resin Production Manager-1
- Qualification: Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or Degree /
Diploma in Paint Technology.
- Experience: 5+ years in production roles including 1-2 years in
Managerial Position.
6. Name
of post: Resin
Production Supervisors-2 / Chemist-2
- Qualification: Science Graduate / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years in resin production roles / 2+ years in
the position of Chemist.
Candidates
must be proficient in Hindi & English. Weightage shall also be given to
local language proficiency.
Experience
in Paints, Resins, Chemicals, Oils & similar industries shall be preferred
Annual
CTC shall be as per industry standards
