Standard Form of Application from eligible candidates for the below mentioned
posts under SSA, Hojai.
1. Name of Post: UDA
No. of Post: 01
Qualification: Graduate with minimum of 1 year diploma
in Computer Application from an Institute recognized by State/Central Government
with proficiency in basic Computer applications like MS Windows, Linux, MAC,
Excel, Power Point and Language Typing Skill of both English and Assamese.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in any Govt. Scheme/Mission
offices.
2. Name of Post: LDA
No. of Post: 01
Qualification: Graduate with minimum of 1 year diploma
in Computer Application from an Institute recognized by State/Central Government
with proficiency in basic Computer applications like MS Windows, Linux, MAC,
Excel, Power Point and Language Typing Skill of both English and Assamese. Experience candidates will get preference.
3. Name of Post: Grade IV
No. of Post: 01
Qualification: HSLC Passed.
4. Name
of Post: Night Chowkider
No. of Post: 01
Qualification: HSLC Passed
Salary: Salary and service condition will be governed as per
provisions made by the Mission.
Age Limit: Candidate must not less than 18 years and more than 38 years as on 01.01.2020.
Age relaxation Is applicable by 05
years for SC. ST (P), ST (H) candidates as per rules
How to Apply: The candidate may submit the application in the Standard
Form published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed “Application
for the post of UDA/LDA/Grade-LV/Night
Chowkidar ” along with 2 (Two) copies of recent passport
sixe photograph duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side
and one should pasted on the application.
A self-attested
envelope of (25 cm x 11 cm) affixing
unused postal stamp of Rs.10/- (Rupees ten only) submitted
along with the application.
The application should be addressed to the District Mission Coordinator, Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar-782442.
The candidate should submit self-attested copies of Certificates
as mentioned bellow:

- b. Age Proof Certificate
- c. Experienced Certificate
- d. Caste Certificate
