Jorhat Medical College & Hospital (JMCH), Jorhat has invited application for the recruitment of 3 Research Scientist, Data Entry Operator and Laboratory Technician Vacancy on contractual basis in the Jorhat Medical College and Hospital, Jorhat under the Department of Health Research (DHR) funded project “Multidisciplinary Research Unit” (MRU).

Qualification: Ph.D. in Bio-chemistry/ Microbiology/
Molecular biology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life science.
OR
MD/MVSC
in virology/ Microbiology with three years experience.
Desirable
: Minimum three years hands on experience in molecular
biology, Analytical Bio-chemistry and work experience in medical set up.
Handling with microbiological specimen.

40 years on the date of interview

Data Entry Operator (Grade A)

Qualification: 12th
pass from recognized board, : Diploma in computer application (Grade A) from
Govt. registered/ recognized institute. : A speed test not less than 30 words
per minute through speed test computer.

: Experience in electronic data processing, experience in
financial
data
processing experience in Assamese typing.

Qualification: 12th Passed in Science stream from
recognized Board with Diploma in Lab. Technology ( DMLT) from govt. recognized
university with minimum 3 years hands on experience in testing of biochemical.
Microbiological and pathological sample processing tests and ELISA testing.
Desirable
: Experience in molecular Biology, Experience in electronic
data processing.
Age: Maximum
37 years on the date of interview

Selection Process of JMCH Recruitment
The
list of selected candidates will be notified after evaluation of the submitted
documents for interview.
The
selection committee will decide regarding the mode of interview depending on
the number of applicants and will be notified in the given website i.e. www.jorhatmedicalcollege.in
in due time.
Individual
communications regarding interview to the eligible candidates may not be sent.
However, detail lists of eligible candidates along with details of interview
timing shall be notified in due time and shall be displayed in the College
website - www.jorhatmedicalcollege.in.
The date of uploading in the website shall be published in local newspapers for
information of the eligible candidates.
How to Apply for JMCH Recruitment
Interested
candidates shall have to fill up the standard application form neatly and
legibly and submit it with the required documents and photograph (coloured)
duly self-attested.
Documents required are :
- (a) 2 (Two) copy of recent passport size coloured photographs duly self-attested,
- (b) Document confirming age proof, or HSLC admit card or Birth Certificate,
- (c) All mark-sheets and pass certificates
- (d) Permanent Residential Certificate
- (e) Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate,
- (f) Certificates of training, experience, extra-curricular activities etc.

office on or before 06/06/2023 during office hours.
