are hereby invited in Standard form from Indian Citizen for filling up the
following vacant posts in the establishment of District Legal Services
Authority, Hojai under the rules mentioned below:
1.
Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)
- No. of Post: 01 (UR)
- Salary: Rs.14000-49000 + GP: Rs.5600/ and other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Education Qualification: HSLC Passed
2.
Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)
- No. of Post: 01 (UR)
- Salary: Rs.14000-49000 + GP: Rs.7400/ and other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Education Qualification: Having at least 5 (five) years experience as LDA in a Government Department 01 Assam (preferably Judicial Department)
Age:
Candidate should not be more than 43 years of age and not less than 18 years as
on date of publication of the advertisement. The upper age limit is relaxable
for reserved categories as per rule.
Submission of Application: Application in standard form together with self certified copies all testimonials such as educational qualification certificates, mark sheets, age proof certificate etc. should reach the office of the District Legal Service Authority Nagaon during office hours on working days.

Conditions:
1) A self addressed envelope (size 22 CM x 10 CM) affixing postal stamp ot Rs. 5/- only.
2) No application will be entertained after schedule date and authority is not responsible for any postal delay.
3) Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.
4) Incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
5) Application must be accompanied by three self attested copies of recent passport size photographs.
6) No TA and D.A. shall be admissible for attending in written test/ oral test etc.
7) Management reserves the right to fill up or n to fill up vacant post.
8) Canvassing directly or indirectly will be liable for disqualification.
9) Candidates must indicate prominently the name of the post applied for on the right hand corner of the envelope containing the application.

GENERAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Candidates must have a valid mobile number or an email-ID, either of which should be duly inscribed on top of the Standard forni.
- All applications should be addressed to the “District & Sessions Judge, Nagaon, New Court Building, Room No. 63."
- Candidates for the post of LDA will have to super-scribe "Application for the post of L.D.A. under DLSA, Hojai” and the candidates for the post of U.D.A, will have to super-scribe “Application for the post of U.D.A. under DLSA, Hojai” on the envelope containing the application form.
- The last date for submitting applications is 02.01.2020 within office hours till 04:00 PM and the undersigned will not be responsible for any postal delay.
- Incomplete application and application received after due date shall be summarily rejected. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall result in disqualification of the candidate.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the written test or in viva-voce.
- The decision of the selection board shall be final in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of such recruitment.
