The shortlisted candidates shall bring al original testimonials for verification along with a set of self-attested photocopies of the testimonials to appear the skill test. In case of any of the candidates who could not submit the “Assam Nurses’ Midwives' and Health Visitors’ Council Registration’ at the time of Online Application and are NOT Shortlisted, can submit their Assam Nurses Midwives' and Health Visitors' Council Registration details with relevant documents within 11’s November 2019 at the HRD cell. NHM Assam, Guwahati, Assam for shortlisting.
Further, for those aspiring qualified candidates who could not apply online for the position of Staff Nurse under NHM, Assam may register themselves at the HRD cell, NHM Assam State HQ, Guwahati between 1” November 2019 to 11tm November 2019 by submitting copies of all relevant self attested testimonials including Assam Nurses' Midwives and Health visitors’ Council Registration for the Skill Test for the position of Staff Nurse under NHM Assam tentatively scheduled to be held on 22 November 2019 and later. The list of such additional candidates will be published on 16’ November 2019 at the NHM Assam Website with final schedule, venue and other necessary instructions. The candidates shall visit and check the website https://nhm.assam.gov.in accordingly. No individual call letters will be issued
