the recruitment 4 Peon (Grade-IV) vacancy in the establishment
of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Dhubri, Assam.

class VIII pass (those who have passed HSSLC or Class-XII or equivalent
examination or above shall not be eligible to apply).

years to 40 years as on 01.01.2023 (relaxation as per existing government
rules)
Selection Process of Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023
The
candidates will have to appear in an Interview (viva-voce) at their own
expense. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the Interview. The
selection will be made purely on merit basis.
The
candidates will have to produce the testimonials in original regarding
educational qualification, date of birth, caste, employment exchange
registration card at the time of Interview (viva-voce) for verification.
No
individual call letters will be issued to the candidates. However, the list of
eligible candidates with allotted roll number and Date of Interview will be
uploaded in the official website https://dhubrijudiciary.gov.in

How to Apply for Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023
The
filled up application must be submitted in Standard Form (published in the Gazette
Part IX of Govt. of Assam) and accompanied by the following:-
i)
Self-attested photo copies of testimonial/certificate in support of his/her
age, caste, educational qualification, experience certificate (if any),
employment exchange registration card etc.
ii)
Three copies of recent passport sized coloured photographs with signature on
the reverse side.
iii)
Mobile Number along with E-mail ID (if any) must be mentioned in the Standard
Form.
iv)
The name of the candidate must be registered in the Employment Exchange and
valid Employment Exchange Registration number is to be mentioned in the
application form.
v)
The applicant has to furnish a serf declaration certificate along with the
application form mentioning that he/she has not passed Hsslc or crass XII or
equivalent examination or above.
The
envelope containing the application should mention the name of the Post
indicating "Application for the post of PEON" superscribed
on the top of the envelope.
The
applications in seared enverope can be submitted through post or directly in
the "drop box" of the office of the Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Dhubri.
The
application must be addressed to "The chief Judicial Magistrate,
Dhubri, DC Court Building, PS & P.O Dhubri, PIN-783301".
The
last date of receipt of application is 15.03.2023 till 05:00 PM.
