Science/ Commerce with a computer diploma or certificate course of minimum 3
(three) month’s duration
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age
Limit: Maximum
38 years of age as on 01.01.2022 with relaxation as per Government Norms for
SC/ST/ OBC/ MOBC/ PWD candidates
- Residency: Candidate must be a
permanent resident of Assam and candidates must have Permanent Residential
Certificate (PRC)
- Language: Candidate must know the local language.

Selection Criteria
The selection for the posts
of Junior Assistant will be done based upon the marks obtained in Written
Examination, Computer Teat and academic history.
The total marks for selection
for Junior Assistant post is 100.
- Total marks in Written Test: 60 Marks
- Computer Test: 20 Marks
- Academic records (10th, 12th and Degree marks): 20 Marks

of all the testimonials from HSLC onwards to the Office of the Principal, Guwahati College.
Candidates
also have to deposit an Application Fee of Rs.
500/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Principal
Guwahati College payable at SBI, New Guwahati Branch
The
