Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System (AS-CFMS) under the Assam Finance Department has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of 05 Project Manager and Technical Support Personnel Posts on contractual basis under the World Bank funded ASPIRe project.
1. Project
Manager-SPPP
No of Post: 01
Pay Range per month (in Rupees): 55,000 – 90,000/- and
have the provision of enhancement up to 23% at the time of renewal on the basis
of the performance) of the HR Manual, initial base remuneration
Required Eligibility:
Basic Education Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ MCA
Experience Required (minimum 5 years):
- 5 to 7 years of experience in specific thematic areas managerial and leadership position;
- In case of graduates the experience in the specific sector shall be over 7 years.
2. Technical Support Staff – SPPP

Pay Range per month (in Rupees): Rs.35,000.00 to
Rs.51,500.00 and have the provision of enhancement up to 23% at the time
of renewal on the basis of the performance) of the HR Manual, initial base
remuneration
Required Eligibility:
Basic Education Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ MCA
Experience Required (minimum 5 years):
- Minimum 1 year of experience related to Any software or Portal related support, Or,
- Helpdesk support/ Support related to any project implementation
