- 3. Mark sheet & pass certificates of HSLC/10th Examination.
- 4. HSSLC/12th Mark Sheet and pass certificate.
- 5. Mark Sheet and pass certificate of Educational Qualification.
- 6. Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable).
- 7. Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).
- 8. 3 (Three) copies of passport size coloured photograph.
