Venue of Skill Test
The
following venues are hereby notified for conduct of skill test for the posts of
Statistical clerk, Store Keeper, Health Educator & Junior Assistant I LDA
under the establishment of Directorate of Health Services, Assam.
1. Statistical Clerk & Store Keeper: Auditorium Hall of GMCH, Bhangagarh, Guwahati
2. Health Educator & Junior Assistant / LDA: Lecture Hall of GMCH, Auditorium Complex, Bhangagarh, Guwahati
3. Dresser: Conference Hall of Assam Pharmacy Council, Office of the Director of Health Services, Assam, Hengrabari, Guwahati – 36.
The shortlisted candidates are directed to appear in the skill test as per the dates mentioned in the result notice in the DHS website accordingly.
Note: Candidates are also directed to bring all relevant documents in
original as per advertisement for verification and one set xerox copies of the
same to be deposited to the office.
