Essential qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or AMIE (India) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of service experience of which 5 years should be in the rank of Executive Engineer in design and supervision in Roads and buildings works.
- Experience in Accounts. Desirable: Persons with Master’s degree in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
Pay: Rs. 30,000 -110,000 + GP: 16,900
2. Executive Engineer

Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or AIME (India) in Civil Engineering, 10 years experience of which at least 5 years experience in the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer in design, construction and supervision of roads and buildings, work estimates and maintenance of water supply system including installation of Deep Tube well.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years should be in the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer in design, construction and supervision of roads and buildings, work estimates and maintenance of water supply system including installation of Deep Tube well.

- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce of a recognized University.
- At least 10 years experience dealing with administrative matters in the Govt. Offices or in the Educational Institutions of which at least 5 years in the rank of Assistant Registrar or its equivalent
- Proficiency in establishment rules and regulations of the Universities or similar institution.
Desirable:
- Master’s degree in any field of study
- Familiarity with office organization & staff welfare measures, financial and general administration.

Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or Post- Graduate Qualifications in Business Administration/Law etc.
- Familiarity with preparation of Budget etc. and modern techniques in accounts keeping.
- Evidence of having passed accounts examination conducted by the State or the Central Govt.

- The minimum educational qualification of the candidate shall be (1) at least 2nd class Master degree in Library and Information Science of a recognized University with knowledge of computer application.
- At least 2nd class Master’s degree or equivalent CGPA in Arts/Science/Commerce/Agriculture/Veterinary Science/Home Science with at least 2nd class Bachelor degree in Library Information Science from a recognized University.
Desirable Qualification:
- M.Phil./Ph.D degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives and Manuscript keeping/Computerization of Library.
- Experience of modern retrieval and reprographic techniques.
- Experience of teaching and/or handling needs of post graduate student/research workers.
- Working experience under educational institution.

- (ii) Assam Subordinate Local Audit Service
- (iii) Examination of equivalent grade to be recognized by the University
