Qualification
and Experience of ABRPL Guwahati Recruitment
1. Assistant Manager (Software Developer): BE/B Tech in Information Technology /MCA from
reputed college/university. Minimum 5 yrs of experience in relevant field is
preferred.
2. Manager (Legal): LLB from a good law school/reputed college/university with
good academic background. Min 5 - 7 years of Post Qualification Experience, preferably
in a good law firm. Should have Strong legal research, drafting, communication
on and negotiation skills
3. Manager (Mechanical): BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute with
good academic background. Minimum 8 years ‘experience in Pulp & Paper/
Hydrocarbon/Chemical/ Fertilizer and Distillery industry preferred
4. Manager (Electrical): BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from reputed institute
with good academic background. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Pulp &
Paper/Hydrocarbon/ Chemical/Fertilizer and Distillery industry preferred.
5. Lead Executive (Treasury): MBA (Finance) from reputed institute/Chartered Accountant.
Min 2 years and Max 4 years of Post Qualification Experience, preferably in a
reputed firm.
6. Manager-Supply: MBA with specialization in Supply Chain & Logistics/Marketing/
Operation management from reputed institutes with excellent academic record.
Minimum 8 years of experience in related industries/FMCG preferred. Should have
knowledge and experience in developing the right supply chain and functional
strategies. Tackling critical issues in a supply network.
7. Executive (HR): Full time MBA(HR) or PGDPM & IR from a recognized reputed
institute scoring minimum 60% marks. Minimum 2 yrs experience in relevant field
is preferred. Good Knowledge of Labour laws desirable.
