2. Post Name: General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO)

Total Post: 03 nos.(01-UR, 02-OBC)

Education Qualification: MBBS.

Pay Scale: Rs. 72,000/-

3. Post Name: Physician

Total Post: 02 nos. (02-UR)

Education Qualification: MD.

Pay Scale: Rs. 2000/- Per Visit of 2 Hours

4. Post Name: Paediatrician

Total Post: 01 nos. (01-UR)

Education Qualification: MD.

Pay Scale: Rs. 2000/- Per Visit of 2 Hours

5. Post Name: Gen. Surgeon

Total Post: 01 nos. (01-UR)

Education Qualification: MS.

2. Click on Online Application Link and complete the registration
3. Open Apprentice Jobs notification and check Eligibility.
4. Now again, click on Online Application Link and Login.
5. After login, complete your application by provided all details.

 

Required Document

1. Scanned copy of any one Photo identity proof like PAN Card, Aadhar card, Passport, Driving License. Voter I Card.
2. Scanned copy of Passport size photograph in jpg/ jpeg format.
3. Class 10th Board Certificate containing Date of Birth (DOB). No other proof for determining Date of Birth shall be considered.
4. All semester MBBS marksheets.
5. Internship Completion Certificate.
6. M.B.B.S. / M.S. / M.D. Degree
7. Valid Registration Certificate with the statutory registration Council like MCI etc
8. SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate (in case of OBC candidate caste certificate / NCL certificate should be in central government format).
9. Proof of Higher Qualification (if any) – Mark sheet of all semesters and Degree/ Diploma Certificate.
10. Experience Certificate (if any).
11. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from existing employer, if any (in case the candidate is a regular employee in a Govt. organisation / PSU).
12. Valid proof of change of name (in case, applicable).
