Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following vacant posts of the Directorate of Employment & Craftsmen Training, Assam.
1. Junior Assistant (HQ)
No of posts: 28
Reservation: UR: 12, OBC/MOBC: 7, SC: 2, STH: 2, STP: 3,
EWS: 2
Educational Qualification:
a) Graduate in any discipline from recognized
university or any examination declared equivalent.
b) Minimum 6 (six) months certificate in Computer course from recognized institute.
c) Proficiency in Computer in MS-word, MS Excel is desirable.
2. Junior Assistant (III)
No of posts: 13
Reservation: UR: 5, OBC/MOBC: 1, SC: 2, STH: 2, STP: 2,
EWS: 1
Educational Qualification:
a) Graduate in any discipline from recognized
university or any examination declared equivalent.
b) Minimum 6 (six) months certificate in Computer course from recognized
institute.
c) Proficiency in Computer in MS-word, MS Excel is desirable.
3. Junior Assistant (Zone Level Employment Exchanges)
No of posts: 99
Reservation: UR: 49, OBC/MOBC: 22, SC: 6, STP: 12, STH: 3,
EWS: 7
Educational Qualification:
a) Graduate in any discipline from recognized
university or any examination declared equivalent.
b) Minimum 6 (six) months certificate in Computer course from recognized
institute.
c) Proficiency in Computer in MS-word, MS Excel is desirable.
Age limit:
Candidate should not be more than 40 years and
less than 18 years of age as on 1st January 2020, (candidate must be born on or
before 01-01-2002 and on or after 01-01-1980).
Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as under:
- i) 5 (five) years in case of candidates
belonging to SC. ST (P) & ST (H).
- ii) 3 (three) years in case of candidates
belonging to OBC/MOBC.
- iii) 2 (two) years in case of
Ex-Servicemen.
- iv) 10 (ten) years in case of PwD
candidates irrespective of castes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must ordinarily a resident of Assam
and must have valid employment exchange registration number of any employment
exchange of Assam.
Selection Process:
- 1st phase: Written Test
- 2nd phase: CBT on trade
Application Fee: There is NO application fee.
How to apply:
Applications must be submitted online through
SLPRB website (www.siprbassam.in ) and
will be received with effect from 21-09-2020. The last date of receiving
application will be 10-10-2020.
The Candidates having the required essential qualification for the posts as
mentioned above may apply for the posts by submitting their first preference,
second preference, third preference and so on.
