ARIAS Society invites applications for the following
purely contractual positions under the World Bank Financed Assam Agribusiness
& Rural Transformation Project (APART) mentioned below. The interested
eligible candidates who are citizens of India as defined under the Constitution
of India and fulfill the minimum required qualifications, may apply
accordingly.
1. Post Harvest Management Expert (PHME)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: The PHME should hold a Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min 2 years duration) in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Post Harvest Technology/ Post Harvest Management/ Food Science/ Food Technology or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.
Educational Qualification: The PHME should hold a Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min 2 years duration) in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Post Harvest Technology/ Post Harvest Management/ Food Science/ Food Technology or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.
Experience: PHME must possess minimum five (5) years professional
experience in Post-Harvest Management of Agriculture/Horticulture commodities,
including development of innovative Post Harvest Management practices for
different commodities.
Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 40 years of age as on 1st August’ 2020.
2. Post Harvest Coordinator (PHC)
Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 40 years of age as on 1st August’ 2020.

Educational
Qualification: The PHCs must possess a Graduate Degree in Agriculture/
Horticulture/ Food Processing/ Food Science & Technology/ Post Harvest
Management or a closely related field from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: At least three (3) years professional experience in the
domain of post-harvest management, agro logistics and supply chain management
of agri/ horti commodities in any public/ private sector organization in
managerial/ officer level position.
Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 35 years of age as on 1st August’2020.
