Applications in standard form of applications as published in the Assam Gazette Part IX are invited from interested candidates who are bonafide citizen of India vide Article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India for filling up of following vacant posts under the establishment of Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council.

Age: Candidates must not be age of less than 18 years and more than 44 years as on 1st January, 2020. However, the upper age limit is relaxable in case of SC, ST & other candidates as per Govt. OM No. ABP 6/2016/8 dtd. 18th April, 2018.

Candidates who are already employed in other Govt. establishment should submit their application through proper channel.

Candidates will have to appear for written test and computer proficiency test.

Candidates will have to appear for written test/ computer proficiency test at their own expenses. No. TA! DA will be paid.

The candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for computer proficiency test.

Provisionally selected candidates will be called for verification of original documents.

Incomplete and wrongly filled application form will be summarily rejected and selection committee reserves the right to reject inappropriate application.

The envelope containing the application should be clearly marked as Application for the post applying. Candidates shall mention the name of the post in the envelope containing the application and documents as ‘Application for the post of………

The applications are to be submitted with the following requisites attached thereto-

• a. One self addressed envelope of 5 cm x 11cm affixing unused postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (Rupees five) only.
• b. Candidates will also mention their mobile number on the application.

Pension scheme: Government servant joining the service of the state Govt. on or after 1st February, 2005 shall not be governed by the existing Assam Services (Pension) rules, 1969 and orders issued there under from time to time. So far as their pension and other retirement benefits are concerned, they will be governed by a new set of Pension rules formulated in line with the contributory Pension Scheme announced by the Govt. of India vide Finance Deptt. Circular No. BW3/2003/Pt I/1 dated 25th January 2005.

Applicants will have to submit 2 (two) passport size signed photographs on the reverse side along with self attested documents of educational qualifications, age, reservation, caste certificate and valid employment registration number.

Any postal delay in the process of this matter shall not be a matter of responsibility of the undersigned.

Canvassing directly or indirectly will be deemed to be appropriate ground for disqualification of the candidate.

Last date of submission of application to the undersigned is 28.02.2020 during office hours.
