The following vacancies at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital, Guwahati shall be filled purely on temporary basis through WALK IN-INTERVIEW under the implementation of NCDIR electronic Mortality software.

Time: 10 am onwards

1. Name of Post: Project Technical Officer (Social Investigation)

No. of Post: 01

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in science/relevant subjects (Medical Social Work/Psychology/ Nursing/Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Medical Record Training and other allied health sciences) from a recognized university with five years' work experience from a recognized institution, or
• Master's degree in the relevant subject (Medical Social Work/Psychology/ Nursing/Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Medical Record Training and other allied health sciences)

Upper Age Limit: 30 years (only for fresh recruits)

Salary: Rs.32,000/-

2. Name of Post: Data Entry operator (Grade B)

No. of Post: 01

Educational Qualification: intermediate or 12th pass in science stream from recognized board with DOEACC A-level from a recognized institute and/or 2 years’ experience in EDP work in Government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization. A speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer

Upper Age Limit: 28 years (only for fresh recruits)

Salary: Rs.18,000/-

N.B.:
