Sonari college recruitment 2020: Apply for Librarian post

Application are invited in the Format prescribed by the DHE, Assam along with complete Bio-Data including Contact No., E-mail ID and self-attested Copies of all Testimonials from H.S.L.C. onwards from eligible candidates having good academic record and latest UGC Norms for direct recruitment of the post:

1. Librarian:  1 post, Unreserved (UR)

Educational Qualification: Educational Qualification and selection procedure will be as per Govt. Office Memorandum No. AHE.407/ 201 7/44 dtd. 08/11/2018. The candidate must clear NET/ SLET/SET conducted by UGC/CSIR. However, the Candidates who have been awarded Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC (minimum standard and procedure for awarded of Ph.D. Degree) Regulation, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/ SLET/SET.

The candidates must have minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade point scale) at the master's degree level in the concerned subject. A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided at graduate and masters level for SC/ST/PwD for the purpose of eligibility based on only the qualifying marks without including grace mark. A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D. degree holders who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th Sept.,1991.

Age limit: Age of the candidates should not be more than 38 yrs as on 01.01 .2020 with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST/PwD candidates, and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.

The candidates must have Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC). In service candidates must apply through proper channel with NOC from the concerned authority.

How to Apply: Each application accompanied with a non- refundable Demand Draft of Rs 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only drawn in favour of Principal, Sonari College, payable at SBI, Sonari Banch must reach the undersigned within 15 days horn the date of publication of this advertisement.
Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. No excuse of postal delay will be accepted.
