filled purely on temporary basis through Walk-In-Interview under DBT project, Government of India, titled “Does antimicrobial
resistance (AMP) in livestock
contribute to AMR in people in NE India? An interdisciplinary study investigating antibiotic use, drivers of AMA and transmission dynamics” in the Department of Microbiology, Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati-32 (Assam).

Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. or Masters Degree in Veterinary, Public Health/ Microbiology/
Parasitology /Epidemiology /Biotechnology or M.Sc./M.Tech in Microbiology/
Biotechnology/ Molecular biology
from a recognised university with at least 3 ears research experience and
at least one research paper
in Science Citation Indexed (
SCI) Journal.
- Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications and molecular biology techniques
Salary: As Per DBT Guideline
