A Walk-in-interview has been
scheduled on 10th January, 2020 at 11.00 A.M. at the Office of the Registrar,
Dibrugarh University for the following post on Contract basis under MHRD Funded
TEQIP-III (Project), Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and
Technology, Dibrugarh:
Project Assistant:
01(one) Post (Contract Basis)
Essential qualification: Post Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Finance
and Accounting. Candidates whose final result is awaited must not apply.
Computer Skill and
Proficiency in Tally, PFMS & MIS and other Accounting package is mandatory.
Tenure of engagement:
Initially for a period of 09 (Nine) months. Engagement may be renewed for a
further period till completion of the project, subject to the assessment of
performance by the authority.
Remuneration:
Consolidated salary of Rs.20,000/- per month.
Age limit: As
per latest State Govt. rules.
General Instructions to the Candidates:
1. The appointment shall be
on contractual basis and purely temporary. The selected candidates shall have
no claim for regular appointment in the University against any permanent post
by virtue of this appointment. The service to the post is terminable with a
short notice of 7(seven) days.
2. Candidates must bring all
the original and self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets from
matriculation (10th standard) onwards in support of their qualifications and
experiences, with the application.
3. The candidates shall have
to register their names by depositing Rs.100/-(Rupees One Hundred only) as
Registration Fee at the Venue on the day of interview.
4. Candidates who have
experience in TEQIP Program will be given preference.
5. Age Relaxation shall be as per rule.
6. Canvassing in any form
may lead to disqualification.
7. No TA/DA shall be
admissible to the candidates for attending the walk in interview.
8. All disputes will be
under the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh, Assam only.
N.B. In case of a large
number of candidates, the University may shortlist the candidates on the basis
of written test/ Group Discussion etc.
