Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) invites online applications from eligible Indian Nationals for appointment to the post of Finance and Account Executive & Project Executive on contract basis under Board for Research, Innovation and Consultancy (BRIC) for Consultancy Projects.
1. Finance and Account Executive
Remuneration: Rs 19,000/- per month
(Consolidated, break up: Salary: Rs 15,000/- & Travelling allowance Rs
4000/-). Necessary taxes will be deducted at source.
Period
of contract: The
initial period of the contract is one year; extendable up to another two years
(total three years), on year to year basis, on satisfactory performance with
such amendments as may be mutually agreed upon and also subject to the
necessary approval of the competent authority.
Mode
of selection:
Personal Interview & Skill test on Financial & Accounting productivity
software like Tally ERP 9 Software etc.
Essential
qualification & experience:
- Graduate/ Post graduate in Commerce with in depth experience in accounting & office management.
- The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of any commonly used Financial Accounting software and Office productivity software tools independent of any operating systems. As for example productivity software like MS Office, Libre Office, etc and accounting software like Tally 9 etc.
Desirable: Work experience in
the social sector, cluster development projects, rural development projects, in
handloom and textile, handicraft sector, tea production sector.
The
job will need occasional travelling into rural areas and night stay besides
regular office work. Having own two-wheeler will be another advantage.
Age: Between 26 years to
40 years as on 02-01-2020
Duty
Pattern: 5.5
Days Duty and 1.5 days rest..

Post graduate in any discipline OR Diploma in Textile/ Civil/ Mechanical/

- The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of any Office productivity software tools independent of any operating systems. As for example productivity software like MS Office, Libre Office, etc.
- Experience in field-level data collection & preparation of detailed project report, other report writing, documentation, good communication, managerial and networking skills will be given due weightage
- Good command over written and spoken English
