The ARIAS Society
invites applications for the following contractual positions under the World
Bank financed Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART) &
Assam Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project (ACCSDP). The minimum required
qualifications & experience in brief, and the age and the indicative
remuneration range for the positions are furnished below. However, the same
shall be as per the respective Terms of Reference (TOR) provided in the website
of ARIAS Society (Recruitments section) (URL: http://www.arias.in/career.html).
1. Chief Finance Manager (CFM)
- Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWA with
minimum 5 (five) years of post qualification experience in the field of finance
and accounts. MBA Finance from regular course (not correspondence course) from
a reputed institution and with at least 10 (Ten) years of post-qualification
experience in the field of finance and accounts.
- Computer Skills: The CFM must have experience of using
Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word
processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other
related applications.
- Salary: Rs. 11.40 Lakh to Rs.25.80 Lakh/Year
2. Procurement Contract Management
Expert (PCME)
- Qualification: Post Graduate in Engineering/ Law/
Procurement/ Finance/ Business/ Commerce or any other related subject from any
Govt. recognized university and trained in procurement norms of the World Bank.
Candidates having Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or
Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) from the World Bank will be
preferred.
- Experience: At least seven (7) years at a senior
Procurement Management position in public sector agency (ies), of which minimum
five (5) years’ experience shall be in World Bank/externally aided projects.
Candidates having hands-on experience in e-procurement system of the
State/Central Government may be preferred. However, Graduates in
Engineering/Law/ Procurement/ Finance/ Business/Commerce or any other a related
subject with relevant training in procurement norms of the World Bank and with
over 10 years of experience as Procurement Specialist in World Bank/externally
aided projects/public sector agencies.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet based
applications, MS Word, EXCEL & PowerPoint.
- Salary: Rs. 11.40 Lakh to Rs.25.80 Lakh/Year
Age: For all the above mentioned positions the age limit is
50 years as on 1stDecember, 2019.
