Assam High School TET 2019
The SSA, Assam has released the notification for Assam High School TET Application form 2019. The eligible Candidates from Assam who want to become a Teacher in the High School of Assam can apply for the same. The online registration process will start from 15/11/2019 to 25/11/2019. The exam will be held on 22/12/2019.

It
is for general information to all aspiring
candidates in pursuance to the earlier advertisement of Medium TET of secondary level in Assamese/Bengali/Bodo/Hindi
/Manipuri medium, vide Advertisement No. RMSA/Special TET/842/2017/80 dated
31/07/17 (for Assamese medium), RMSA/ Special TET/842/ 2o17/85 dated 31107/17
(for Bengali medium), RMSA/Special TET/ 842,2017/7o dated 31/07/17 (for Bodo
medium), RMSA/Special TET/842/2017/75 dated 31/ 07(17 (for Hindi medium), RMSA/SpecialTETt842f
2017/65 dated 31/07/17 (for Manipuri medium) that Medium TET for secondary level
will be held on 22nd December, 2019.
- The districts have been grouped into several zones and a candidate has to select his/her referred Zone while applying for the TET itself. After qualifying in TET, he or she will get preference for engagement as a teacher in his preferred Zone in accordance with the Government Nonfiction No PMA277/2019/7-A dated 22108/2019

- Candidates who have applied against the earlier medium TET advertisements as mentioned above, need to revisit the online application portal for selection of zones as per their preferences and they have to upload the information and pass certificate of B.Ed. in the online portal.
- The date of examination may be re-scheduled in case of any unavoidable circumstances.

The Structure of the Syllabus is as follows...
- General Studies and Current Affairs: 50 Marks
- Language 1 (Assamese/ Bengali/ Bodo/ Manipuri/ Hindi) : 50 Marks
- Pedagogy and English: 100 Marks

The candidates who have the following minimum educational qualification are eligible for Appearing in Assam TET 2019 Exam and can apply for the same.
- The Applicant must have Graduate Degree, i.e. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with 50% Marks for High School TET.
- Applicants must have passed B.T/ B.Ed Degree from any recognized university or College.
