A.  Chief Administrator (Hospital) (CA 01)

1. No. of Post: 01 (UR)
2. Salary:  Rs.100000-260000/-
3. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree of minimum 02 years duration in Hospital Administration or MBA in Health Care/Hospital Management from a Govt. recognized University/Institution with minimum 12 years of post qualification experience
4. Age Limit: 44 Years for UR

B. Superintending Medical Officer (Physician) (PH 02)

1. No. of Post: 02 (UR-1, ST-1)
2. Salary: Rs. 80000-220000/-
3. Educational Qualification: MD (Medicine)/ DNB (Medicine) from a reputed medical college/ university recognized by Medical Council of India.
4. Age Limit: UR: 37 Years, ST: 42 Years

C. Superintending Medical Officer (Orthopedic Surgeon) (OS 03)

1. No. of Post: 01 (OBC)
2. Salary: : Rs. 80000-220000/-
3. Educational Qualification: MD (Radio Diagnosis) from a reputed medical college/university recognized by Medical Council of India with working knowledge of computer tomography and/or MRI and should be familiar with the use of computers
4. Age Limit: OBC (NCL): 40 Years

D. Superintending Medical Officer (Radiology) (RD 04)

1. No. of Post: 01 (UR)
2. Salary:  Rs. 80000-220000/-
3. Educational Qualification: MD (Radio Diagnosis) from a reputed medical college/university recognized by Medical Council of India with working knowledge of computer tomography and/or MRI and should be familiar with the use of computers
4. Age Limit: 37 Years for UR

E. Superintending /Senior Medical Officer (Gynecology) (GYN 05)

1. No. of Post:  01 (UR)
2. Salary: Rs. 80000-220000/-
3. Educational Qualification: MD (Obstetrics & Gynecology) from a reputed medical college/ university recognized by Medical Council of India, Or
4. MBBS with Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology with 01 year post qualification experience
5. Age Limit: 37 Years

F. Senior Medical Officer (SMO 06)

1. No. of Post: 01 (UR)
2. Salary: Rs. 60000-180000/-
3. Educational Qualification: MBBS with 02 years’ post qualification experience
4. Age Limit: 32 Years
